Lenovo already acquired IBM’s PC market in 2005 (~$1.25B) and their server business on September 29, 2014 (~$2.1B) not to mention Google’s Motorola handset business (~$2.91B).
EDITOR’S NOTE:
Before Lenovo purchased IBM’s PC business, Lenovo manufactured the laptops in China for IBM but were still branded as IBM.
